Our service is consultation and coaching; there will be effort on your part to implement our techniques. SEO is not a magical process. It does not happen over night. Initial SEO Consult Package:
  • Analysis of web site. (Up to 10 pages included. Additional pages added at your request. $40/page)
  • Proposal of detailed changes to implement to your web site that will increase your search engine optimization.
  • Individual coaching to go through proposal, by phone or face to face. 4 hrs of 2-3 sessions included per your schedule. Additional time at an hourly rate.) If you would like us to travel to you beyond a 45 minute driving radius, expense and hourly charges will apply.
  • Follow up web site monitoring/coaching after 1 month, and 2 months to be sure you are on track. Reports to follow each.
  • cost: $400
Hourly SEO Consult Package
  • Instead of the initial review packaged time, we can perform all or portions of the above, at an hourly rate of $75/hour. (Package must be determined prior to beginning review of site with 3 hours paid up front.)
Annual Follow up after Initial Consult
  • What: Taking your web site to the next level of search engine optimization expertise.
  • When: preferably 12 months after initial review or upon request before that time. If after 4 yrs no annual, then initial review package price pertains.

Levels of action

This is dependent upon where your review places your site. First, we will assess the SEO quality or your site. Most sites will begin at the basic level and will require significant development. Every site can be improved on and developed to make it better in terms of SEO. SEO is a development process helping your site to grow into all that it can be for you and your business.


Basic Level
  • We will help you understand the need for keywords to be utilized, how to choose the best ones that will fit for your pages.
  • We will advise you on the efficiency of your code.
  • We will get your site found by the search engines.


Secondary Level (1-12 months later)
  • We will make sure you are implementing good linking strategies.
  • We will improve on any linking that you may currently be utilizing.
  • We will work on developing your keyword use to the next level.
  • We will recommend on increasing code efficiency, and finding anything that was not implemented at the basic level.
  • We will confirm your social media outlets.


Maintenance Level (annually, or by request)
  • We will propose supplementary techniques to increase the efforts made at the basic and secondary levels.
  • We will Confirm keyword phrases, as they might have changed somewhat in the industry, or in your market.
  • We will Recommend additional cross referencing and marketing strategies to increase the doors to your site.
  • We will continue to refine code and content to increase placement in the search engine result pages.
